#Lesson2 from 2020: "Adopt a #PlanetDasedDiet". There is no way around rethinking our diet, if we want to stand any chance of achieving the goals of the #parisagreeement and of avoiding situations like #COVID19 in future. We have to substantially reduce #redmeat and #dairy consumption, and increase intake of #legumes, #nuts and #vegetables. A globally equitable and healthy #PlanetBasedDiet is the key to #sustainability. Happy New Year!
